On the Day Wedding Coordination
Your wedding day is about the love you have for each other and enjoying every single moment of it, not worrying about if all your planning is finally coming together while you are not there. That’s where Kelly and the Sundae Hearts come in! We got you! Sundae Hearts will be there to oversee and ensure all your hard work and planning of your dream wedding comes to life!

• Welcoming and hosting guests guide guests to the ceremony and reception
• Make sure the bridal party and other key persons etc. parents/grandparents are known and well looked after.
• Keeping bridal party fed and hydrated from beginning of day (breakfast, lunch, during photos etc.) through to start of reception (your caterer will take over from reception!) *Food and drink cost not included in package price – we simply make sure you are organised with this and get it to you on the day, so you don’t have to think about it! *
• Provide playlists for ceremony, garden party and bridal suite to take the stress away from clients having to create playlists
• Cue music for important moments (walking down the aisle, arriving to reception, first dance etc.) and keep the time plan to schedule.
• Assisting photographer when needed
• Liaise with the MC/Entertainment and suppliers to keep speeches, cake etc on time working to the run sheet/time plan we put together with you prior to the day.
• Be an extra set of hands should any of your suppliers need a bit of extra help pulling things together on the day eg. florist, catering, celebrant etc. if necessary
• Overlook set up and styling to make sure is to the client’s satisfaction as they won’t be there whilst getting ready for the big day
• Place out last minute items like wedding signage, centrepieces, wishing well, name cards etc. if required.
• Something forgotten? more alcohol needed, bouquets left at home - no worries we come to the rescue and are your go-to person!
There are 2 packages available within the On-the-day Wedding Coordination service, 10 hours package and 12 hours package. However, we can tailor a package to suit you if required!
Full Wedding Planning
Our full wedding planning service is perfect for those who feel overwhelmed at the thought of having to plan a wedding. We will work with you on every aspect of your dream wedding from your vision, colour palette and moodboards to researching and booking venues and suppliers to make up your dream wedding team!

Partial Wedding Planning
The partial wedding planning service is perfect for the couple who has started the planning and would like us to take over from there. You let us know how far along in the wedding planning journey you are, and we finish the rest! The bridal couple will directly book and secure at least four of the main suppliers themselves (venue, photographer, florist, caterer etc.)

If you are time poor, overwhelmed or just simply want to work with Kelly and the Sundae Hearts then a Wedding Planner is perfect for you! You can book our partial wedding planning service which will take over from where you are at in your wedding planning journey.

This all depends on the venue. In our experience most venues who have a wedding coordinator, their role is to manage the venue side of things (such as managing your bar and wait staff, setting up venue provided furniture, etc). A wedding coordinator such as Kelly and the Sundae Hearts is hired by the couple to coordinate your entire day (such as putting your run sheet together, working with ALL your vendors in the lead up to and on your wedding day, setting up your last minute decor and so much more).
